One Stop Recovery 24/7 Ltd offers professional vehicle recovery and transport services, including but not limited to:

Towing services for broken-down or damaged vehicles

Breakdown assistance (within specified areas)

Vehicle storage (if applicable)

We aim to provide our services with reasonable care, skill, and efficiency.

2. Fees and Payment

The cost of our services comprises a call-out charge plus the price for any additional services or mileage. Upon requesting our services, we will provide you with a quotation reflecting these costs, along with any additional charges if applicable.

Payments accepted include cash, credit card, or debit card. Payment must be made at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

If our technicians are unable to complete the job due to circumstances such as incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer, obstacles hindering vehicle access, or other unforeseen issues, the call-out charge will still apply. Additional fees may be incurred depending on the situation (e.g., requiring specialist equipment).

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Deposits
Cancellation:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a fee.

Deposit: Upon booking our services and paying a deposit, you accept these terms and conditions. The deposit is generally non-refundable and covers the call-out charge.

No Refund: If the driver arrives on-site and the service cannot be completed, no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the total cost if you cancel once the driver is en-route or on-site.

For recovery or repossession (repo) customers, deposits are refunded only if we retrieve the full amount for the job. Recovery jobs start from £450 for a vehicle with no keys.

Failure to pay a call-out charge after cancellation may result in further actions to recover the outstanding amount.

4. Liability

One Stop Recovery 24/7 Ltd will perform services with due care and skill. However, we do not guarantee the absence of errors or defects. Liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to cases of negligence or intentional misconduct on our part.

We do not accept liability for any damage to the vehicle, including alloy wheels or other components, unless caused by our negligence. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is accessible and ready for recovery.

5. Exclusive Focus on Vehicle Recovery

One Stop Recovery 24/7 Ltd exclusively offers vehicle recovery services. Our technicians are trained and equipped to handle vehicle recovery and transport, but we do not provide diagnostics, repairs, or advice on any other vehicle components or systems.

6. No Liability for Non-Recovery Related Issues

Our liability is strictly confined to the proper recovery and transport of the vehicle. We do not assume responsibility for any other vehicle components or systems, including but not limited to suspension, brakes, engine, electrical systems, or any other aspect of the vehicle not directly related to the recovery service.

7. Limitations in Vehicle Inspections

While our technicians may conduct a basic visual check of the vehicle during recovery, this should not be construed as a comprehensive vehicle inspection. We are not responsible for identifying or advising on any issues beyond the scope of vehicle recovery.

8. Customer Acknowledgement of Service Scope

By using our services, customers acknowledge that our service scope is limited to vehicle recovery. We are not liable for any issues not related to the recovery or transport of the vehicle, whether visible or not.

9. Advice on Other Vehicle Issues

If our technicians notice any potential issues unrelated to the recovery service, we may advise the customer. However, this does not constitute a formal assessment or commitment to diagnose or repair such issues. The customer is responsible for seeking further evaluation and repairs from a qualified mechanic.

10. Comprehensive Release of Liability

Customers agree to release One Stop Recovery 24/7 Ltd from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from non-recovery related vehicle conditions or issues. This release applies to all aspects of the vehicle, whether the issues were known or unknown at the time of recovery.

11. Intellectual Property
